OUR MISSION STATEMENT

A Child’s Place family daycare is committed to the service of god, country, and community through the development of our most precious natural resource: our children. This will be done by providing services that promote children’s readiness for school success. ACP‘s highest priority is to develop, children’s intellectual, emotional, and social intelligence. In “a home away from home” atmosphere, a dedicated staff and a specialized program, ensures the children receive the loving care and attention they need during these critical, early, developmental years. We challenge our children to achieve the limits of their individual capacities at every age level. A Child’s Place Family Daycare also shares the responsibility to develop independent, well-adjusted individuals as we strive to meet each child’s educational needs with the family. We pledge to our children, their families, and our employees to provide the safest and healthiest environment possible.

Our mission will be achieved through an ongoing commitment to excellence, integrity, enthusiasm, dedication, compassion and caring.

  • Our Teaching Philosophy

The first five years of childhood are the most important in all lifetime development and learning. Our programs are designed to help your child reach their fullest potential. This is “whole child development” philosophy features a full day of developmentally appropriate and fun activities. Whether infant, toddler or preschool, our curriculum is built upon foundations of learning so that each lesson builds upon the previous one. We develop the whole child socially, emotionally, intellectually and physically. Our educations programs encourage each child to learn at his or her own pace and development level. Each day children have many activities and play experiences to choose from, all of which are planned with the specific age and interest of your child in mind, and with the goal of preparing your child for the next level of learning.

  • Religion

We provide care for children from families with various backgrounds and beliefs. For that reason, we do not reach religious doctrine at A Child’s Place, but we have designed our program to teach love, caring and respect for others, regardless of religious affiliation.
